Sensitive topics: I appreciate a warning before any eye trauma/gore and vomit.

Fourthwalling: I'm not up for fourthwalling with Jade, although anyone who compares him to one of Ursula's eels from The Little Mermaid will be flattering him. But that's as far as I'd be comfortable with people going.

Violence: Yes
Mental or psychic abilities: Jade does have a very over powered psychic ability, but there is little to no chance of him using it in game for canon reasons and because it would potentially be game breaking. He has limited defense against psychic abilities as well.
Magical/supernatural abilities: Other than being a magically inclined fish man he doesn't have any particular special abilities.
Relationships: Yes, although buyer beware on that one/
IC triggers: Nothing that would be worth mentioning. He may get starry eyed and forget what he's talking about if mushrooms are discussed, however.
